Shipping Policy – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 1–3 business days

  • Other major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected locations within Saudi Arabia. Additional COD fees may apply.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to monitor the delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments entering Saudi Arabia, applicable customs duties, VAT, and regulatory fees may be charged according to the requirements of the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). VAT is generally applied to imported goods, and customs duties may apply depending on the shipment value and product category.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.
